Karen L. Bernstein, who graduated with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, received her law degree from Pace University School of Law. She has experience in public interest law, land use law, environmental law, toxic torts, e-discovery, and labor law. She has worked with private companies, non-profit organizations, and government entities. At SSMP, she represents both individuals and unions in a wide range of labor matters, including labor arbitrations, issues under the Railway Labor Act, and DOT administrative hearings, primarily in the airline industry.
