NICHOLAS P. GRANATH
Nick Granath has many years of experience in trial work, civil
litigation, appellate work, contested government hearings and labor
arbitrations, as well as extensive expertise in labor and employment
law. He is accomplished in all aspects of labor organization representation,
including collective bargaining, contract enforcement, union and
member rights. He is a recognized expert on union organizing and
union mergers, as well as on the interpretation and enforcement
of collective bargaining agreements, and is an expert on Railway
Labor Act matters. On behalf of clients, Mr. Granath has appeared
print, radio and television media. He is a former Captain in the
U.S. Army, and has served as an elected public official (City Council
of Plymouth, MN: 1993-1996).

ROTC (1987).
