KAREN L. DINGLE

Karen L. Dingle is a skilled labor and employment lawyer with extensive trial and arbitration experience, including major product liability cases such as the San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel fire case and other products liability litigation involving flammable products. Ms. Dingle has broad employment law experience in defending asbestos personal injury lawsuits, representing plaintiffs and non-profit corporations serving persons with disabilities, and arbitration and mediation of employment discrimination cases. More recently. Ms. Dingle has worked in labor organization and representation, mediation, training and prevention work, and interpretation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements in mediation, arbitration and federal courts.
