JEREMY C. MARSHALL
Jeremy C. Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in New York where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Marshall practices primarily in the area of immigration law.
In 2010, Mr. Marshall was selected as First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) of the United States Army, serving as criminal defense counsel in the 154th LSO.
Prior to joining Seham, Seham, Meltz & Petersen, Mr. Marshall served at the International Institute of Connecticut, where he provided integrated support to the Institute in its operations under the 1961 UN Protocol for Refugees and a Cooperative Agreement issued by the United States Department of State, representing refugees and asylee claimants in a wide range of administrative and legal proceedings. Mr. Marshall also practiced civil litigation in New York City before joining the firm.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Marshall has lived and worked in China, and has close ties to Chinese communities in New York and mainland China.
