ALVIN GREEN
Alvin Green served in the office of the General Counsel to Eastern
Airlines Inc. and was the General Counsel for CIT Corporation and
CIT Leasing Corporation for several years before playing the lead
role in the reorganization of the maritime conglomerate Seatrain
Lines, Inc. As counsel, Mr. Green represented a number of shipowners,
lenders and lessors
in vessel and aircraft finance transactions. He currently represents
several foreign airlines operating in the U.S. and regularly handles
commercial and residential real estate transactions.
